On July 13, 2024, at 6:30 in the morning, we stopped at your gas station. I needed to use the toilet and also made a purchase. However, I didn't have cash for the toilet fee, so I asked if it could be included in my purchase. The attendant, a middle-aged man, responded very unpleasantly and inattentively, stating that the toilet only accepts cash. He then processed my purchase and walked away without further explanation. This behavior is absolutely incomprehensible and very disappointing, especially in Austria, where I would expect a higher level of customer service and attentiveness. Additionally, no alternative or solution was offered, which only worsened the situation. I believe it is very important for staff to act professionally and courteously, especially when it concerns customers' basic needs. This experience has discouraged me from visiting your gas station again, and I will try to avoid it in the future. I recommend considering training for your staff to improve customer service to prevent such situations from happening again.

Of course, one can expect anything, but such a dirty paid toilet at a world-renowned gas station is shocking. Some might say that it's clean where people don't litter, but we stopped at the gas station in the morning, clearly before the rush of visitors. Moreover, judging by the color of the sinks, it feels like they haven't been cleaned in ages. And they charge money for this...

A woman with blonde hair around 3:40 p.m. Intentionally disables free Wi-Fi to prevent others from using it. Bad behavior has done it twice. Why is this being done at a BP gas station? I did not allow internet access inside the gas station. I warned her that I would write a negative comment, but she just laughed. Using the internet outside is also not permitted.
