Bon serveur mais certains employés de cette place ont une bonne face de boeuf et attitude désagréable. De plus ils nous ont placés dans une petite pièce isolée à l’écart des autres clients. Aussi leurs œuvres d’arts sont beaucoup trop cher et extrêmement laide!Je recommande le 7eleven à proximité avec un meilleur rapport qualité prix.

Hannah was very pleasant and informative in regard to menu options for restricted dietary needs ( offered many switch up options for dishes, explaininghow it could affect the desired flavor profile); she even explained the origins of dishes in relation to chefs. The salmon bowl was fantastic! My hubby had the braised lamb dip bao, and thoroughly enjoyed ( not spicy at all). BLAKE Restaurant Brewhouse and Distillery in Alberta (near the BC border). It is one of those rare places that gets the balance just right, stylish without being showy, creative without being complicated, and welcoming without losing its polish. From the moment I walked in, the space felt intentional. The industrial design high ceilings, large windows, and exposed details—gives it a modern edge, but it’s softened by the natural light and the incredible mountain views. It’s spacious without feeling cold, and ideal for everything from a casual dinner to a more meaningful night out with friends or colleagues. The food is where BLAKE really shines. Every dish I tried was thoughtful and full of flavor. The peppercorn short ribs were especially memorable, rich, and perfectly balanced with crisp sides. Even the bread and butter stood out, which is saying something warm, house made focaccia paired with a whipped citrus butter that was unexpectedly addictive. Drinks are equally impressive. The beers are brewed in-house, and you can really taste the freshness. I tried a few and found each one distinct, well-balanced, and easy to pair with food. Their cocktails, especially the ones made with their own distilled spirits, were beautifully crafted—refreshing, clean, and clearly made with intention. One small note: they don’t take reservations for smaller groups, so depending on when you go, there might be a bit of a wait. All in all, BLAKE is the kind of place I’d go back to again and again, whether for a relaxed dinner, a special gathering, or just a quiet evening with good food and great drinks.
