C'est vraiment une bonne idée de goûter des hamburgers cuits à la perfection. La livraison de plats est un atout majeur de ce restaurant. Un personnel efficace attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à BBB est énorme. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix bas. Une atmosphère familiale est ce que représente ce lieu. Cet endroit a reçu une note de 4.4 dans le système de notation de Google.

Unfortunately this time I was disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered a TA of chips because I was rushing home to continue working and I had a protein portion at home. Usually I really like the bbb fries but this time the texture was strange, it felt not fresh, not crispy as usual and the taste was also not good. I contacted the restaurant and was told to contact customer service. The customer service offered a compensation of one extra for the next time and that's it. I, as a customer, did not agree. I asked for either new chips with home delivery (because I had to go back to work) or a full refund. I was told that in order to get a credit I would have to return the chips to the restaurant. I said I have to go back to work and I can't go back to the restaurant again. They told me that they had no way to help and that I could go to the restaurant and ask for the manager. The manager simply ignored everything I said and asked, even when I told him that I would not return to be their customer, he told me that it was my decision and that he had no way of helping me. For 18 shekels, the restaurant manager lost a customer worth hundreds if not thousands of shekels a year. just sucks. BBB brother Eilat - you are great every day. But today I was very disappointed.
