I cannot give negative stars, if not I would do it. This is ruddest service ever seen in my entire life, a shame I didn't check the reviews, absolutely true, special the redhead waitress, she was attending us looking as like the line enemies even not talking, just serving and that's all, even didn't reply to the initial Hello. Zero care, zero interest, zero attention, zero courtesy, maximum indifference. For lunch on Saturday we wanted a sandwich. Menu with a bit of choice but we are told that there is only ham and cheese and only bread (no focaccia or piadine), so we order two sandwiches with ham and cheese. One comes with ham and cheese and one with vegetables and cheese. We were alone in the restaurant, I don't know how anyone could get an order like that wrong. Then people at another table arrived and ate a piadina! Furthermore, although we were at the bar for about an hour, of which we were the only customers most of the time, when we entered (we were sitting at the tables outside) to pay the lady welcomed us asking what we wanted, she didn't even realize that we were the ones who had been at the bar for an hour. We sit down to order at lunchtime, a red-haired waitress arrives (Russian or at least from the East) who doesn't speak Italian well, we tell him "we haven't chosen yet, let's start ordering two cokes." Not understanding well, she tells us ok and tries to take the menu away....we keep the menu and tell her that we want to eat and she says "I'll warn you, however, that there are no piadinas". She comes back and we ask her for two cooked sandwiches and mozzarella. We get a cooked sandwich and mozzarella and one with a mix of vegetables and nothing cooked and no mozzarella. But at the table next to our piadina holder.... We go in to pay and the owner who came to bring us the sandwiches says "hi, would you like to have a seat". And in the bar there were maybe 8 people maximum. In short, unqualified staff who don't understand Italian which makes you feel uncomfortable. Not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
