I tried a bao from Bao Mama located outside Union Station for the summer. It's one of the food stalls as part of the patio dine-in sponsored by TD. This is the best bao in all of Toronto. My favorite is their Triple "B": Braised Beef Brisket Asado. The bun was amazing, and the meat was soft, tender, and juicy. I liked how the juicy sauce was absorbed by the bun, making it even better. You must also try their Sago at Gulaman. I was born and raised in the Philippines, and it tasted just like home. The staff was friendly, and I loved the summer vibes. I loved this spot! There’s no where to sit in their kitchen space so you have to take you food to go but it was still fresh and delicious. I got the combo to try all their options. I think their pork belly and fried chicken were my favourite but honestly, tough to choose just one. Their drink options were also very good. This was my first time having filipino boas and I have not stopped thinking about them since. I heard this location is moving so make sure to stop by before they move to Oshawa. Very satisfied with my visit. Portions were satisfying and I still had some to save for later. They also warmed up easily and lost no flavour points when warmed up.
