Après avoir visité MAS - Museum aan de Stroom, venez manger ici. Les cuisines belge et française créées par un chef populaire sont grandioses à cet endroit. Plusieurs visiteurs soulignent que vous pouvez goûter un steak succulent délectable ici. Rien n'est mieux que de manger un gâteau aux fruits délicieux.

As an avid food lover and someone who regularly explores tasting menus, I can confidently say that Restaurant B23 in Antwerp is a true discovery. Their 6-course menu pleasantly surprised me, and not just a little bit. Normally on tasting menus there are one or at most two dishes that really stand out, but in this case there were exceptionally four that really appealed to me: 1. The pointed cabbage with potato: This dish is a sensational star. The modest pointed cabbage in combination with the special texture of potato is transformed into a flavor explosion. The spices and textures are perfectly balanced and I would be a shame not to try this dish. 2. Skrei: The fresh skrei almost melts in your tongue. The butter sauce together with the leek and Judas ears (delicious mushrooms) make this dish unforgettable. 3. Langoustine with pork belly: A bold combination of seafood and meat. The juicy langoustine and the crispy pork belly form a harmonious duo that you don't want to miss. 4. Pear tart: The dessert is a heavenly ending. This is combined with a scoop of ice cream topped with tarragon espuma... surprising and delicious! The restaurant itself has a casual atmosphere, friendly staff and a warm interior. The matching wines have been carefully chosen and enhance the taste experience. The talented Dutch chef has worked in several star restaurants and brings his expertise and passion to the restaurant. Together with his charming wife, who welcomes guests with a smile and warmth, they form an irresistible team that sets the gastronomic bar very high. An unexplored pearl!
