Worst customer service I have seen until now. I have been to many restaurants since the last 20 yrs, but never seen the owner asking the customer to leave while having the food only because of menu misrepresentation. When I have asked I do not need that order as it was not the one I wanted, the owner says take it or leave. Being an Indian restaurant he needs to know that Anna ka apmaan( which means asking to leave the plate of food) is disgraceful.

Also the owner asked me you cannot get that anywhere in Toronto so please have a look at the picture so you know what I was talking about.

Food is good but staff did not follow Covid protocols. There were 3 ladies going in and out of the kitchen without masks. One of them seemed to be the owner. She was talking to customers and running the till at one time too not even 6 feet apart from customers and indoors. Two serving girls had masks on but those were constantly under their nose and they were touching to put them up back but basically the masks were lose and not effective at all.
Didn’t want to say anything there knowing that restaurant people can do worse things to your food if you make them unhappy. But seriously they need a lesson in safety precautions around Covid. Would not go back until the risk of Covid subsides in future.
