We held our office Christmas party at Average Joe's this year, to try something different after several years of a low-key gathering in the boardroom. The manager was responsive, and very helpful in organizing the event. We booked the lower-level private dining room on the evening of Dec. 21st, for a very reasonable rate. There was a lot of flexibility to accommodate food preferences and allergies, a unique pricing scheme, and a changing headcount, which alleviated a much stress with planning the event. The room was cosy and decorated festively; perfect for our group of 25. The food was fantastic, and our server was organized and efficient in terms of timing the three courses and ensuring everyone received the correct meal. The only drawbacks were very limited parking, and drinks (including water) were difficult to get refilled. Otherwise, we all had a fantastic evening & I can't thank you enough for making our holiday party a success! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was great but the food was left to be desired the sides were served cold the prime rib was tough, the burger was burnt on one side etc. Needless to say we won't be back!
