Rien n'est mieux que de goûter des bretzels cuits à la perfection. Ce restaurant est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel digne montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans Mo's Golden Pretzel. Un service décontracté est ce que les visiteurs apprécient ici. Une atmosphère agréable vous attend dans ce lieu. Today my husband and I decided to go to BCC with our kids and visit Mo's Golden Pretzel for a treat. We love the pretzels and wanted to treat ourselves. Unfortunately we work late and arrived at 8:20 at Mo's Pretzel and the cashier tell's me they are sold out and closed. We noticed 2 bags of pretzels on the stand thinking it was some end of the day sale. I asked if we can have those and she said sorry no. First of all it was 8:20 and the mall closes at 9. No where does it state that Mo's Golden Pretzel has different store hours. Secondly why couldn't they sell the one's in the bag, it makes it look like they were taking it home themselves. I noticed all display pretzels were out of site instead of these ones. I'm very disappointed and hopefully management can do something about this. We weren't the only customers that came by and its a shame to lose good business for faulty store hours.

Hi Veronica. I want to thank you for taking the time and bringing this to our attention. I will look into this matter and make sure that all the staff is aware of this and make sure it doesn't happen again. I am sorry for this experience and I hope you give us another chance to better ourselves.
