Very disappointing experience. Even though we had reported a delay of only twenty minutes, we received a rude response on the phone. Arriving at the restaurant at 8.52pm, we were informed that it would not be possible to have a tasting of more than four courses. Asking for explanations and apologizing for the delay, we were told, with unacceptable rudeness, if we wanted to "stay directly until breakfast". Made fun of and treated in an unforgettable way for a place of this level, we had a quick dinner and left. Never, on any occasion, have we been treated with so little respect until the end: in addition to not having apologized or explained the misunderstanding better, we had to take the jacket ourselves. Dear Valentina Maria Trono, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had at our restaurant and we understand your frustration, however the fact of not allowing longer routes to be taken from 9.00 pm onwards is something we do …Dear Valentina Maria Trono, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had at our restaurant and we understand your frustration, however the fact of not allowing longer routes to be taken from 9.00 pm onwards is something we do with all reservations in the first place out of respect for our employees. The "breakfast" thing was a simple misinterpreted joke that had the intention of dampening the negative situation that had been created. I would also like to point out that after consulting with the kitchen on several occasions you were given the opportunity to take the longest route of all... route time 3 hours.
