A fine and tasty restaurant in a refined setting. Gourmet cuisine prepared by a promising young chef. The atmosphere is pleasant. A little extra, upon departure, we were offered 2 glasses of mulled wine, the little extra that makes the difference, thank you. I had the honor of being able to enjoy a meal at Au Gloubiboulga a week ago, and since then, I've only dreamed of it at night. The cuisine and the know-how of its almost-starred chefs is at the center of the managers' concerns. Appetizing and always original dishes follow one another in a dance without hunger (pun intended): tabbouleh with traces of shellfish (garnished with surprise pieces of chicken, which will not fail to delight vegetarians); the couscous with apricots and gingerbread served alongside its pan-fried vegetables delicately enhanced by its sauce with the sweet flavor of hydrogen oxide (a big plus for lovers of molecular cuisine); then the cheese plate with these two beautiful slices of cheddar accompanied by its freely available 12 gram crusty bread, which precedes the essential Danone Natural Yogurt. The highlight of the show is inevitably the """homemade*"" desert mousse with the consistency of tofu, which surprised me so much that I still wonder today what its taste was. Apart from its fine gastronomy, Gloubiboulga is also a family team which strives to serve its grateful customers as quickly as possible, you will rarely wait more than an hour and a half before being able to sit down. Its ingenious point system will allow you to find your way among my myriad of available choices. The only downside that I find with this establishment: being served in the evening requires you to do so quite in advance, the restaurant being a victim of its own success. However, the managers will always be happy to kindly show you where to sit. Gloubiboulga is also a cultural journey, thanks to its wonderful atmosphere. Although less festive than its direct competitors located further north, which are Mare (car wash station) and Kube, I have never had a bad time there. I warmly recommend the visit to any tourist wishing to discover the local culture of the Saclay plateau. In short, Gloubiboulga is a brand serving prestigious cuisine, but which remains warm in all circumstances (unless you wait 20 minutes before eating). Between tradition and modernity, it is an establishment which has everything of a starred establishment. As proof, the always impressive presentation of the dishes (here my Danone Natural Yogurt with pepper). No one can claim to have lived fully before having tasted a hamburger for €5.45 excluding VAT. Vegetarian options: A wide range of pastas will satisfy all vegetable lovers.
