At the most recent Midautumn Lantern Festival in Churchill Square, Attila the Hungry was there to feed the crowds. Having heard great things about their duck tots, my friend and I decided to order that while hanging out at the Festival. Sadly though, the ducktots were very underwhelming to both of us - not enough flavor or texture contrasts. For $12 we were given a large portion of tater tots (nothing special), which broke whenever you tried to put a fork into them. They were covered with shredded pieces of duck, some sauce and green onions. The whole experience was one-noted and boring after a couple bites. How disappointing! I was also able to try their sweet potato fries covered in a ginger sauce and icing sugar. I liked the ginger sauce, but found the sweet potato fries to be regular and nothing to stand out from other vendors offereing up the same.
