Hi Bekezela, Thank you for your feedback. we are very sorry that you had to wait long for the food, but we always serve on the agreed time with the host and if food was served later than expected then that would be on the host's request and unfortunately we may not communicate with guests about the Hosts arrangements. with regards to glasses, those were not ours and belonged to the decorator arranged by the Host. Hoping to welcome you again to our Lodge :-)
