Hello Erik,We’re sorry this experience didn’t land well for you. To clarify, our pita is grilled to order every time. With takeout, especially over a longer drive, heat can unfortunately be lost—but we can assure you it was not stale. Given the volume we’ve been serving lately, freshness is something we’re actively managing, not struggling with.We understand that change can be hard, particularly with dishes people have loved for years. As a family-run business, we’re doing our best to honour what has made Atlas Café special while thoughtfully adding our own touch as we carry it forward—something we don’t take lightly.We truly appreciate the chance to earn your trust again and would welcome the opportunity to do so.All the best,Carla
