I celebrated my birthday on February 17, 2024 in the restaurant of the Atlantic Hotel. It was a fantastic experience for me and my guests. The large menu really left nothing to be desired! In terms of taste, all of the dishes were of the highest quality! The eyes really enjoyed it too! The presentation of the food was beautifully presented and we all really liked it. The recommended wines were also excellent! Everything fit together perfectly. The service was the icing on the cake! Just great!! This evening was a complete success for me and my guests and will be remembered for a long time. Thank you very much for that!! I'll definitely be back soon!! At the Hotel Atlantic you should definitely treat yourself to the cuisine of the Atlantic Restaurant. Fine dining at the highest level and even if the restaurant doesn't currently have a star (yet), in our opinion it definitely deserves stars. The kitchen team with Alex Mayer brings unique creations to the plate: French cuisine with international and Asian influences. A vegetarian version of the menu is also available. Every course on the menu is a real taste explosion. Rarely have such perfectly balanced components been eaten. The outstanding presentation of the dishes reflects the care and attention of the kitchen team - each course is a work of art in itself. The wine accompaniment, perfectly presented by the service, perfectly complements the flavors of the dishes. The service team is always there for the guest - not intrusive, always friendly, giving advice, discreetly in the background - simply absolute top class.
