We are sorry to hear that your experience was not very satisfactory, and we are also surprised to read what you wrote because we have not received any complaints of any kind. Our dining room staff is always completely available for any eventuality, only by contacting us at the moment can we intervene for dish replacements or other requests. Even if the dishes were not to your liking, we want to reassure you because we can absolutely guarantee the freshness of the ingredients, their quality and careful preparation. However, we take your feedback very seriously: we want to be sure that we always offer the highest culinary and service standards to our Customers, so it is an incentive for all of us to continue to give our best. As for the room, we are sorry that you found it a little dirty, but during the service we serve a lot of people, and it is normal for it to get dirty, so it is impossible to keep it perpetually clean as at the beginning of the service.
