Yesterday I witnessed a simply terrible attitude of an employee towards customers. It seemed that he simply set himself the goal of humiliating customers. There was a group of three young people who were eating and having fun. But the employee simply picked on them from the very beginning: you took a lot of food, you have a lot of plates, you can't go to the toilet, you can't go outside, you can't take the supplement. He simply behaved as aggressively as possible towards those people. It's terrible. It was as humiliating as possible. People go to such establishments to have a good time and eat. What's the difference between how much someone eats, if they've already paid for it. And if you don't like that people eat as much as they want at your place, then why even open a catering establishment with a buffet concept? I was there yesterday for the first time, but after what I saw there yesterday, I won't go there again and I don't recommend going there to others.
