Before ordering at this place first asked 20 questions if they need to go fetch the food on a different level and try and fit it into a lift and trolley and then you have to ask for your utensils as they hand you the takeaway in a box Service: 1

Only get two because the side salad was good. Pubfood in my opinion and not even a good pub. Lasagna, bleh. Kids didnt even eat it. If you are coming for a show make alternative plans for supper. Even Burger king would have been better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I haven't been this disappointed in a long time. Date night spoilt. We got to the Artscape and ready to eat a bite first, seeing as we phoned @12:17 and made a booking. Got to the door and no Anina on the reservations list. I was so mad. Some of the staff made me feel like I was lying about phoning. I unfortunately take full responsibility for not taking the person's name when I booked. Still... We were two people and wanted to enjoy a lovely meal @ the Arts Café (as there food is always amazing). Stood there waiting for about 10mins, "we will sort it out" and were asked if it would be okay to sit at the bar so long until a table opened up. We decided to say no thanks and go elsewhere. To which the answer was, are you sure and sorry about this. We were really disappointed and went to eat a panini and burger inside the Artscape itself.
