Very poor handling of customer orders at the Streets Night DXB festival (Business bay) on 4th March. Was told that the waiting time for a chicken arepa will be around 30mins...so I waited. While having waited 40 mins patiently at the stall, I was told that chicken is no longer available...this was after I saw people who weren't even there to take their order on time were given the preference to have their meat of choice (since beef had run out) replaced by chicken . The person serving knew I was waiting for a chicken arepa and could've informed me sooner. Major Improvement required on managing large number of orders for such an event , esp when decling a customer's dinner order after waiting for 40 mins at 10:30pm . Highly disappointed regarding not being able to have dinner from the stall and bad service.
