Lieu atypique très très joli , personnel discret et agréable. Pas loin du centre à pied balade dans le parc plutôt bien et l'hôtel a l'accès direct à celui-ci. Je recommande si vacances rime avec repos également Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet

first of all, this hotel is stunning. its sitting at the foot of a beautiful park and has a very old charming and well kept core. thats for the good stuff. they have a new building with rooms added to the old building(s) these rooms have all glass fronts, beautiful, as i said. BUT. let the sun shine, and these rooms will be like a 24/7 sauna. no ventilation at all..and all that you can do to counter it is a small little window that you only can open a crack. we've been here in april, so not like its peak summer and it was unbearable. The Room had AC, yes, but the room is build upwards, you got a stairway to the bed and the AC is positioned downstairs and is not strong enough to AC the whole room up to the bedspace. so you suffer. also the rooms are dirty. there is dust flying around and stains in the sink and such, even after the cleaing personell was there. other than that, first when we arrived, our toilet was clocked. there were shit particles floating around after i took a pee. i went down to let the reception know and i just got a "i'll send a houseman up there" no sorry, no nothing. this is not what hotel service is supposed to be. the staff was overall like this, cold, kinda offputting. they are very young folks working there, which shouldnt be a excuse. the houseman was lovely though, came, fixed the problem and went about his way. so woudl i recommend hotel arena? not for the prices they call up. its a lot of fassad and very little substance.
