The chicken skin was not burnt . A restaurant does not have to refund your money if the food is served the same to you as every other customer. If you simply didn’t like it you could have just not ordered from us again. But you came back …The chicken skin was not burnt . A restaurant does not have to refund your money if the food is served the same to you as every other customer. If you simply didn’t like it you could have just not ordered from us again. But you came back rudely and asked for a refund and I was going to refund you 90% refund where some will refuse to refund or give only a percentage refund. I did not want to argue with you about it not being burnt. I just wanted you to leave.. so I did 100% refund. You walked into the restaurant as soon as you were in the door you yelled across the restaurant (with other’s trying to eat) you were aggressive in a complaint that in any establishment if behaved respectfully and properly would have been reciprocated. Customer entitlement is thinking one can walk into someone’s place of business and act poorly. This is not to shame or “belittle”you. This is simply another side to this review More
