C'est une bonne idée de commander une lotte délectable. Allez goûter un tiramisu fascinant dans cet endroit si vous n'êtes pas loin. Pour vivre l'expérience complète, essayez un vin délicieux ici.

Price not justified for the service offered, nothing is provided with the ticket apart from entry to the swimming pools. Very crowded, few hydromassages and no pressure, glasses left everywhere and there is clearly no staff to collect them. Let's talk about the most sore point, the spa area with sauna and Turkish bath. Never queued to get into a sauna, they even have a fast track lane to get in first. This makes us understand the real purpose of the structure, to make as much money as possible on additional services, but in terms of offering a structure that allows the customer to relax and fully enjoy the spaces etc. they are very distant. If you are looking for a place to relax with the classic concept of a spa, this is not for you. If you are looking for a couple of heated swimming pools, a pool bar, endless queues to access the few services offered, a shopping centre/disco atmosphere then you are in the right place.

A really nice place with many services and well looked after. If you're looking for a place to have fun, it's great, but not really for relaxing. It doesn't depend on them but on people who don't know how to read the various signs well, such as in the sauna, where it is written in the rules that it is forbidden to speak, but there is always a mess. Excellent cocktails and staff. Really very prepared and super helpful. I give 5 stars because overall it's a great place with great prices.

My experience with Aquardens was terrible and extremely disappointing. After purchasing discounted tickets online for €80, we were informed upon arrival that they were not valid for that day due to a small hidden note about excluded dates. The staff at the reception assured us that we would receive a refund, so we were forced to buy new tickets for a total of €118 just to enter. We ended up spending an additional €118 for nothing! After waiting for two weeks, customer service denied any refund, even though the reception staff had guaranteed it. Without those assurances, we would have never bought the extra tickets. Moreover, the wristbands for refreshments were a complete mess. They told us the amount on them was €9, but it turned out to be €10. This created unnecessary confusion at the bar. As if this wasn't enough, the compensation offered was a date extension, but with such inflexibility that it was practically useless to us. Despite informing them that we don’t live near Verona and explaining our situation, they refused to offer any reasonable alternative. In the end, we lost the entire value of two tickets. We were left feeling cheated, and this experience shows that at Aquardens, the customer’s needs come last. For a park that should be focused on relaxation and enjoyment, they seem more interested in trapping you into spending more. There are plenty of other thermal parks that value their customers and provide transparent, honest service. I highly recommend exploring those options instead.
