"Always pleasant at Entourage!" I said in the review from 2 years ago. After more than 6 years in which I always recommended and chose Enturaj, the last two experiences were disappointing. Alfredo pasta has changed for the worse, the cheese added to the pasta is not intended for this use, it hardens immediately and creates the appearance of a failed omelette. The Spaghetti Carbonara were full of oil and cheese from that, there is no question that they can be rolled on a fork after 3 minutes. The service is still good, the atmosphere is the same, but the food is not. Finally, I received the remaining half of the clip in the package, in the form of the attached picture. Sin! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My experience with Anturaj consists of a single past visit at this location before this, having only bought some cocktails (which were pretty nice, I'd say ) the first time I visited their whereabouts. Now, the second and last time I went, my experience was, to say the least, inconvenient and unprofessional given the beautiful and avangardist place itself. My friend and I ordered ribs with a side of fries and a serving of what was expected to be a rib eye steak with potato wedges baked with butter and rosemary (may I be mistaken), nevertheless my point is I got a completely different order as shown in the latter pictures. My server arrived with a very late dish consisting of some hard, cold, and very sweet meat and cold oily sautéed veggies that had no place being this soggy. The veggies were a saver since I was starving, but I was very disappointed with the quality overall. Disclaimer for any future customers, please check and re-check your orders as I was way too ashamed to call in my server that well, was nowhere to be found anyways, and tell them they made a mistake. Our total was also higher because of this, and not an enjoyable experience. I am not one to blame the personnel but I do want to make one important notice, that my biggest issue was the freshness of my dish, and the quality of meat that was being served that day. Perhaps I can come back sometime, and there will be higher service quality, and the food will be up to par, but as it stands for now, I would not willingly re-visit this place and I am doing my best to remain kind and polite towards the people working there but I'd say it's a big fail for me judging their prices, staff and kitchen.
