The format of the "taste of the mill" is 125g and being for two it means having over 60g each (a simple cherry, present in all the other cutting boards, weighs 50g). Our cutting board includes: - Three cured meats from our supply chain (mortadella, bacon and buffalo salamella); - Three cheeses from our supply chain (mozzarella, ricotta and a semi-mature cheese); - Three hot treats that the kitchen prepares rigorously expressed and changes from time to time; - A small jar filled daily by a homemade gardener with an oil selected from the area; The "taste of the mill" is actually not a simple cutting board but represents the maximum expression of who we are and above all it is a journey through the territory. It is one of the best-selling dishes ever, 987 flavors in the first quarter of the year. And it's where most of our customers give us compliments and reviews.
