5.00pm me and a friend of mine are the only two customers for an iced coffee we were looking for relief from the scorching heat and we entered a place with all the windows open, the air conditioners turned off and the lady, who then served us, who we found sitting at a table with the only fan aimed at her, evidently cooked by the heat she also served us with great effort and boredom more than legitimate question: but what do you keep open to do??? first and last contact with a Fantozzian place EDIT following the OWNER'S RESPONSE: ?? We didn't understand, if a business is closed why is it open??? And having not read the warning sign, and we are sorry because we would have saved ourselves the inconvenience, why didn't the Lady inform us of the closure and that it was therefore not possible to be served???? "The business was closed but it served us for professionalism" ???!! .. I assure you that we did not beg the lady to be served!! The mistake is entirely yours and the result is a negative review for an absolutely disheartening situation, the time spent was not pleasant and what's more we hear that the evaluation is considered stupid.. Hi, before giving a honestly stupid opinion, if when you entered or before entering you saw a nice piece of paper with the closing times written on it, and you would have seen that the closing time was 3.00pm, but as you could see it was …Hi, before giving a honestly stupid opinion, if when you entered or before entering you saw a nice piece of paper with the closing times written on it, and you would have seen that the closing time was 3.00pm, but as you could see it was 5pm and my partner stayed until that time even though I repeat the closing time is 3pm for kindness and professionalism given that thank God people came in every two minutes, however having said this she came in during closing time but was served anyway I didn't find the air conditioning on because I repeat we were already closed, and if my wife finds herself sitting relaxing in front of a fan after a hard day I think she has the right to do so, anyway don't stop at appearances and try to come back to get to know each other, you'll see who only had the wrong impression of us, thank you in advance if you give us the opportunity to try againMore

Good evening I am a regular customer of Antico caffè di Incisa, despite the scorching heat, the café is always open, the owner is available and doesn't watch time to guarantee a hot meal or a sandwich.
