Passion for one's work combined with refinement, care and extreme courtesy. This restaurant is among the best I have eaten in Emilia Romagna. I have always been looking for exceptions and this place that I define as "magical" is it. The chef surprises with combinations of flavours, home made products and background music that is attentive and suited to the sensorial experience that anyone who enters this restaurant is about to experience.
