At the Antica Salumeria Giorgio Pancaldi it is the best cold cuts I have eaten in Reggio Emilia. I always go to Pancaldi and every time it is a fantastic "experience of taste", the Parmesan is very good. All accompanied by tigelle and fried dumplings. Nice place, in the city center of Reggio Emilia, but it is advisable to book, because what is good, the place is filled with customers. Good choice on the menu of typical things, especially cheeses.
