We would like to point out that the tapas-style cicchetti cost 2.50 euros each, so for six cicchetti you would have had to spend 15 euros. Prices are displayed regularly as per law on the large blackboard in front of the window. There was probably some mix-up or the shots consumed were not six but more. When issuing the receipt, she could have communicated it to the service staff who would have explained the prices or rectified any misunderstanding. We care a lot about our customers, especially tourists, as they find a typical and welcoming place where all the staff are prepared to welcome and hold a conversation, even in English. If you had the receipt we would be happy to receive the photo to understand where the problem was.
