Chiesa di San Pantaleo est un excellent complément à l'expérience de ce restaurant. La cuisine cuisine italienne créée par un chef grandiose est merveilleuse à cet endroit. Un brouet délectable est le plat le plus savoureux. Beaucoup de visiteurs commandent un michelada délicieux.
Antica Fonderia est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel luxueux vous recevra chez ce lieu tout au long l'année. Un service digne est toujours un plaisir. Cet endroit propose à ses invités une ambiance ravissante. Le score général de ce restaurant sur Google est de 4.7.

Hidden little gem that gets overlooked on TripAdvisor! Excellent service (attentive and English speaking waiter), wonderful Ambiente and some excellent surprises on the menu. The carpaccio of pineapple desert was the best, tasteful and innovative. It has an excellent wine selection as well. Only point of criticism is the price for the house wine. While the Jermann Chardonnay was worth it the Banfi Montalcino is 14% the price of that Chardonnay (market price per bottle) yet is sold at the same price (10 and 9 Euro per glass). While the scallops were excellent the amount of mushrooms used as a bed were too many and overlaying the otherwise wonderful taste. 3 scallops is very little as well given the price of the main course.

Antica Fonderia was the highlight of our gastro-week in Rome. The service was very friendly but professional, Michel recommended a great selection of wines, matching our French/South African tastes. We had the chance to meet Alba to compliment her for her talents, we loved all her dishes. We understood that the restaurants is quite new, we wish them all the best as they deserve to be in the top 5 in Rome. Grazie!
