On October 6, 2024, I visited this establishment because I had a taste for traditional food. I chose a duck leg with cabbage and 2 lox from the menu. I paid at the cash register and then I noticed that there was only 1 lox on the plate. So I told the cashier that she had nothing to do with it and sent me to the employees who serve the food. When I pointed this out to one of them, she replied that there should be 1 lokša as an attachment. So I pointed to the board, where 2 lokšas were clearly marked. So she "stupidly" asked another colleague..."Is there one or two?" So the other one replied..."Well, about two"....Incredibly embarrassing, amateurish....then she threw in the second lox...and finally, when I looked carefully, she gave me both lox from the older date.. .they were dried, hard...in the next row she had fresh ones prepared in a can....they didn't even apologize, not even a single saleswoman...and I didn't complain about the lox...Otherwise, the duck leg and red cabbage were averagely prepared and seasoned... Environment-noisy, as there are other fast food establishments nearby... the tables were not covered, the chairs were dirty... With such a frequency of people, they should pay more attention to service and cleanliness... A big disappointment for me. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I went for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of all the ladies behind the counter. My husband spoke only English, they gave me a good time while I explained everything to him, they smiled at him kindly. They explained how it works, that we have to wait for the fried cheese and they will call. The food was tasty and large portions.
