Terrible customer service and consistently disappointing experiences. I've visited 5-6 times, hoping for improvement, but it hasn't happened. Staff lacks basic courtesy, like serving (Glass)water without being asked. The washroom and wash basin are unhygienic. The food is subpar—Chicken Biriyani is more like rice with onion gravy and chicken, Puttu was undercooked, and dishes like Butter Chicken and Chilly Chicken were overcooked or burnt. Even the Chicken Mandhi was disappointing. Not a place worth dining at. It was a fabulous experience I had at Joann's Little India restaurant. The atmosphere is really calm and peaceful. The Chicken Biriyani was so authentic and very tasty.
