We ate today (November 10th around 4 p.m.) in the restaurant “An Frankfurt - Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine” and were generally satisfied with the food. However, we would like to share some negative experiences regarding the service. First, as we were about to finish, the cashier, supposedly the manager, asked us if we were ready, which gave the impression that we should leave as quickly as possible. This was uncomfortable and made people feel unwelcome, even though seating capacity was limited. A more polite approach would have been more appropriate here. Additionally, my friend asked for directions to the toilet, and the answer was: “Yes, it’s still over there.” This answer seemed unfriendly and disrespectful. We would like to note that the quality of the food was good, but the service should be more polite and respectful in our opinion. A hospitable approach would greatly improve the restaurant experience. Therefore 2 stars deducted because of the rude service. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I was in this restaurant for the first time today (November 10th) around 4:15 p.m. and was looking forward to a nice experience. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, especially by the unfriendly service from the cashier - the manager. Even though we had just finished eating and I was still drinking, the manager came and asked us if we were ready, obviously intending to pressure us to leave. I found this type of service to be extremely rude and unpleasant. I also asked about the toilet and was pointed out in an unfriendly tone. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. I would definitely have liked more friendliness and hospitality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant due to this bad experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I loved the pho with beef during the cold day. It was very nourishing and warm. The quantity was also enough i believe as it was difficult for me to finish the whole bowl. The spring rolls with prawns and the peanut sauce also was really good.
