La cuisine indienne de ce restaurant offre des repas authentiques. Ici, les clients peuvent plonger dans un monde rempli de plats délicieux, et essayer un poulet au beurre fascinant. Un service à Amaya est digne.

My 18 year old son and I went to Amaya tonight for dinner.
What a treat! We ordered the meal for two. You get an apitizer, two meat options, one veg option (we opted for two veg, one meat), rice, naan and dessert. All this for approx $45, before tax and tip.
Lots of lovely choices on the menu. We had pakora for the apetizer, aloo gobi, chana masala, butter chicken, and gulab jamun for dessert.
The restaurant is very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Even though the back of the restaurant is set up to order take out, you don’t feel like you’re in a fast food place. They have comfortable chairs, friendly waitstaff and nice decor. It’s been open five years but everything still looks sparkly new. Very tidy. Everywhere looked clean.
To start, our waiter brought out the pakora. It was covered in two delicious sauces. Savory and tasty! Three very large servings (six pieces).
Then he brought out our mains. Everything was hot and served in pretty containers. The butter chicken sauce was delicate but still so deliciously creamy, and the chicken was all white meat.
The portions were very generous and the spices were flavourful. Everything tasted freshly prepared. The naan was perfectly cooked. Soft on top and a bit of a crunch on the buttom.
We brought home our leftovers. We have enough for another meal for the two of us.
The only thing I’m sad about is that I live close to this restaurant and never tried it before now! New favourite place to eat! When your teen raves about a restaurant you know it’s amazing.
I highly recommend Amaya!
