Dining at Amavi was a standout experience in Alaçati. This fine dining restaurant specializes in fish cuisine, and every dish we tried was exceptional—beautifully plated, wildly creative, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in pushing culinary boundaries while honoring the freshness of the ingredients. Service was top-tier: attentive without being intrusive, with staff who genuinely care about your experience. The space itself is generous and thoughtfully arranged, with well-spaced tables. One small drawback: the music was a bit too loud for our taste, which slightly clashed with the otherwise elegant ambiance. Still, it didn’t overshadow the quality of the meal. Pricing is aligned with international fine dining standards—more in line with what you'd expect in New York or Milan than typical Turkish coastal fare.
