De la fenêtre de ce restaurant, la vue sur Church of Archangel Gabriel est magnifique. Tous les invités aiment bien la merveilleuse cuisine cuisine italienne de Amarena. Really good restaurant, great service, tasty food, nice atmosphere. Pretty authentic italian kitchen. The brand chef himself is a real italian. He takes good care of everything. Location is easily reachable by metro (ЦСКА).

I haven’t heard of such a case for a long time, but then it happened to me in this establishment. My mother and I came for dinner, ordered wine and pastas, which, I want to note, we ordered before, namely calamarata with truffle and paccheri with shrimp. They bring pasta: one is so overcooked that it breaks, the second, calamarata, is strewn with Parmesan and the sauce in it is 60% missing from the norm (apparently that’s why it was strewn). I would like to note that the price of these dishes is on average 1,500 rubles per serving, which cannot be called the price of an eatery. Also, the pastes were objectively cut in size by a factor of 2, but by the way, that’s not even the point. The waiter comes up to us, we explain what’s wrong with the pastas and ask them to redo it. After 10-15 minutes the administrator comes up to us and says that the pastas are ok and she wants us to eat them!! We look at her in bewilderment, ask again if she really wants us to eat pastas that are inedible and have been sitting in the kitchen for 15 minutes, she confirms. We inform her about consumer rights, and again ask her to change them. Her answer was: “we can remake them, but you will pay for 4 pastes.” After these threats, she adds into the conversation: “either you pay for these pastes now, or we call the police”! All the guests are looking at us, she threatens with the police again and again... well, the sight is just a nightmare.. We said: “of course, call, no problem”, we are sitting there hungry.. I have never seen a worse place and situation!!!! In general, after 20 minutes of waiting for the police on our side, we called the waiter to find out when the police would be there, because we were already dizzy from hunger (and we came warning that we had not eaten all day and were very hungry), he told us off and we left . Of course, we told everyone we knew who went there, and many people went there. But to say that we are still in shock is to say nothing, terrible and once again terrible.
