If you want to try real fried gnocco and tigelle, you have to go to Amarcord. The restaurant appears rustic but warm and welcoming, in perfect Emilian trattoria style. You can try various first courses, including the inevitable tagliatelle with meat sauce and some second courses of meat. The real highlight, absolutely worth trying, are thick gnocco and tigelle which are served with a platter of excellent quality cold cuts (the raw ham and coppa literally melted in your mouth!), a platter of cheeses and various condiments to fill the tigelle, including flavored lard, Parmigiano Reggiano, sausage and beans, sweet and sour onions and much more. Fried dumplings and tigelle are served hot and all you want is to ask and they will be brought. Finally, included in the price, honey, jam and Nutella are brought, to finish with sweetness. Very honest prices for the quality of the dishes offered. An ideal place for large groups and for all those with a sweet tooth for Emilian specialities. Highly recommended. Parking: I recommend arriving a little early, because there is only street parking, but it's difficult to find it nearby, especially in the evening.
