Our favorite place in Cyprus! Everything here is just perfect: stunning views, a cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and absolutely delicious food. A special thanks to our waiter Mario — his warm and professional service always makes our visits unforgettable. I highly recommend trying the ceviche and risotto. The ceviche in mango soup is simply divine — truly the best dish we’ve had in Cyprus (and we’ve been living here for a year, regularly exploring new restaurants). The risotto is also outstanding — creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. This restaurant is not only about amazing food, but also about creating wonderful memories. Highly recommended! Amaracus is one of the best restaurants in Cyprus! Cod and Pizza Chorizo, Amaracus Salad, grilled Octopus - so delicious. And of course service. Personnel is very friendly, polite and for sure you can rely on their pairing recommendations. Special thanks to Head waiter Mario, it was a pleasure being your guests.
