Together, they deliver an experience that goes far beyond just a meal. By far, this is the best food experience I've had in Romania, and I’ve dined at some remarkable places. Amada’s concept centers around fresh, exquisitely prepared seafood and sharing dishes, making every meal feel like a celebration of flavors. The entire experience is captivating. Victor works solo in the open kitchen, creating each dish with an artistry and passion that’s visible from the moment you arrive. He’s not just a chef – he’s a magician with seafood, coaxing out the most vibrant flavors and textures from every ingredient. You can feel his love for his craft in each dish he serves. His partner, equally warm and attentive, ensures that every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they walk in. Over two evenings, we came back again and again, ordering almost the entire menu. And every single bite was unforgettable. This couple has created an atmosphere that’s as welcoming and warm as it is refined and sophisticated, a balance that’s rare to find. The entire dining experience feels like being hosted by old friends who happen to be extraordinary cooks. We started with a selection of appetizers that were as beautiful to look at as they were delicious to taste, each one presenting a unique combination of textures and flavors. The Hugo cocktail I ordered was a standout too – crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. It was followed by an equally spectacular lineup of main courses, each one more impressive than the last. If I had to choose, the octopus would be my personal favorite. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. But honestly, every dish was outstanding – there wasn’t a single note out of place. I never thought I’d find a dining experience like this one in the middle of Bucharest – it feels like a world-class restaurant that could easily hold its own on any global stage. The attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, the craftsmanship in each dish – it’s an experience that will stay with me for a long time. P.S. A note on price: I’ve seen some comments saying it’s expensive, but it’s genuinely worth every bit – and honestly, it’s more than reasonable for the quality you’re getting.
