Town Hall (Rathaus) est un excellent complément à l'expérience de cette pizzeria. La cuisine cuisine italienne est bien préparée à Alte Kunst. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with our dinner at the Alte Kunst. At first, our waiter couldn't speak simple German, but spoke to us in English, which could cause problems for other guests. Since we both speak English well, I wasn't worried at first, but it turned out that the service staff even had problems with English. This turned out to be the case when we were given incorrect information about one of the dishes (not found out until we had the dish on the table) and our starter was brought along with the main course, although we had emphasized that we had ordered the dishes separately want from each other. What then topped everything was my Penne all Arrabiata. I eat this dish very often and with pleasure and have therefore already ordered it from several Italians. Accordingly, I am aware that this is a spicy pasta dish. This has never caused any problems for me, because I really like eating and I'm not very sensitive to it. However, the penne all arrabiata at Alte Kunst was not only spicy, but inedibly spicy. My mouth burned, I couldn't taste anything and only felt the pain of the sharpness. I couldn't even eat half of the pasta. There was no corresponding indication on the menu that the dish was above normal spiciness, which I would have found more than appropriate here. When we raised this, we encountered a lack of understanding and the language barrier made it impossible to talk about it. Then we were asked if we would like to pay by card or cash with no sign of wanting to pay or leave as if wanting to get rid of us. In addition, I have to mention, as someone who has worked a lot in this area himself, that it was noticeable that the simple, self-evident rules of service were not observed at all, which is to be expected given the price.
