Fabulous little hotel situated in the centre of Malcesine. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals both times.. the 10% guest reduction was also greatly appreciated. We were disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as we requested but apart from that really enjoyed our stay. Service: 5

Our 2nd stay recently for a week each time. We found the hotel basic but very clean, the staff mostly were very professional and welcoming. The bathroom is small in 204 but we knew this beforehand but this time we had better hot water than last year. The breakfast was adequate, mostly the same everyday but the wonderful waitress at breakfast would make you a coffee, the filter was fine but a nice café with a brioche finished a nice breakfast. The hot food was ok. It was a bonus to be able to grab someone early as we had a trip booked and had to leave early. Overall, 2 good stays, we have seen all Lago de garda has to offer now and onwards to new places, but a good solid stay for sightseeing maybe not idea in extreme temps as no pool or anywhere much to relax. Thanks to all the staff, a special mention to the wonderful cleaning ladies who always had a smile. Service: 5

This was our second time at the Hotel Alpino for a week and we were very satisfied again. Booking the room directly through the hotel was very quick and pleasant. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished and completely sufficient. Very tasty breakfast with bakery rolls and fresh fruit salad. Good, hot coffee from the thermal baths. We ate in the attached restaurant four times a week and, as regular guests, we were served and seated very friendly. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the friendly staff and see you again!
