Silvano you are right, we are aware of the sound effect, the vaults of our ceiling are unforgiving when the room is full. Very happy instead that everything else convinced and was appreciated. Thanks so much for the review.

What can I say, it's not the first time we go to Trattoria Alla Scuderia and it's a place where it's always very pleasant to return, both for the kindness and professionalism of the staff and for the very beautiful and always well-kept location with everything very tidy and super clean. (cutlery, plates and glasses shine) but above all for the food, which believe me, I don't usually take photos of the dishes because rather than waste time taking photos I prefer to engage in tasting, but the dishes are beautiful to look at but sublime on the palate . Then they are always attentive and always know how to recommend the right wine to match. While writing the review I already wanted to come back so I think we'll see each other again this Saturday.
