They don't even deserve an unpleasant personal star, given that it was my turn and given that there was no one behind me when I entered, I proceeded to wait for my turn, having arrived the same I found the sour and rude blonde sales assistant who in an aggressive tone told me that I should have respected the queue when it didn't exist before I entered, having gone so mad, I took the family and left, telling them that before standing behind a counter to serve customers, they would need personal re-education. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Extremely disappointing experience at Alice Pizza outlet Valmontone, due to the attitude of the staff. After having dinner I wanted to take a photo of the pizzas displayed at the counter to consult my daughter on what to take away. I was aggressively interrupted by a member of staff, presumably a clerk or even the manager (?), who prohibited me from taking the photo without clearly explaining why. Despite my attempts to get an explanation, the tone used towards a customer was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. It is unacceptable for a company to behave this way towards its customers. Despite the good quality of the food, the hostile and unwelcoming attitude of the staff makes the overall experience unsatisfactory. However, I would like to point out that one of the shop assistants on shift that Thursday evening (11/04/24) was professional and polite, further highlighting the discrepancy in the attitude of the staff within the venue. In conclusion, such rude and unprofessional treatment should not be tolerated under any circumstances. We entered and, seeing the queue, we sat down to wait our turn, an employee immediately starts sweeping under our feet, making us feel like we had to get up, without even asking please, also why sweep while waiting for food, showing the customers dirt before dinner is not so appropriate. Not happy, the sales assistant who was serving decides to let the last customer in the queue pass, despite the fact that the people in line have complained, the sales assistant doesn't seem to care much and continues to "work" and we left because we were wasting time with incompetent people who don't even know how to do their job it didn't seem appropriate to us. References: the sales assistant who served was blonde with short hair; the one who swept brunette with glasses. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 1
