We had a great evening. Excellent waiter took care of 15 guests and was spot on with splitting the bill. Food was great. Unfortunately no ice cream available for dessert, but all in all very enjoyable dinner. Where does one even begin with this *culinary masterpiece*? This risotto was a revelation—if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to eat Tastic rice that spent maybe a solid *three minutes* in boiling water before someone said, “Eh, close enough." The texture? Sublime— Who needs soft, creamy risotto when you can try this new definition of al dente, pebbles of undercooked rice practically dancing in your mouth like rebellious plastic surprise? I've been working with food since the age of 18 and as a Greek, food is exceptionally important to me. I've been to many restaurants and enjoyed the food but my visit to Alfie's truly captured me. I sat there reflecting on my meals and couldn't help but shed a few tears. I've honestly never experienced such flavors in a restaurant. It had struck a cord in my heart, falling deeper in love with food and reawakening my passion to cook and return to my Mediterranean roots.
