The venue certainly represents a great media attraction in one of the most fascinating locations in the world, as only Venice can be, inside a beautiful 16th century building. This prerogative should easily lead to a nice review. Attracted by all this we wanted to try it and we were certainly enchanted from the moment we entered. Then we sit down. Little by little, serious problems begin to be noticed: waiters who talk to each other, neglecting customers, interrupting the explanation of dishes to argue with a colleague, dishes served cold because they have been left in the trolleys for too long, table service without paying attention to priority man/woman and passing over the plates of other diners, etc... It is clear that the dishes are designed and prepared by attentive people but the situation changes when the same dish is prepared and served by others. For example, perfectly cooked pasta, when you picked it up with your fork, it rose up from the plate in a single cold block! And here it is better to stop. The wine list, offering an average choice, has mark-ups that are a little too high. I'm sorry for all this but my opinion in the garden was also confirmed by other diners, both very young, professional and tourists... Overall, the quality/price ratio is truly disappointing.
