Torrione Madruzziano est une super attraction pour les touristes qui viennent manger dans ce restaurant après une longue marche. La cuisine cuisine italienne est bien préparée à Antica Trattoria Al Volt. Commander un pappardelle délicieux s'avère être une excellente expérience ici. Ne partez pas sans avoir mangé un strudel cuit à la perfection. Si vous voulez goûter un cordial délicieux, ce lieu est un bon choix.
Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de cet endroit parce qu'il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Trattoria like few are seen nowadays. A genuine, family atmosphere, excellent food (we ate the shin but I also recommend the Tonco del pontesel). The owner is very courteous and attentive to customers. Excellent quality/price ratio. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ANTICA TRATTORIA AL VOLT Via Santa Croce, 16, 38122 Trento TN: VERY GOOD In February 2025, arriving in the graceful Trento almost by chance or more precisely to attend an opera show at the theatre, in a historic center of ancient memory you cannot fail to visit the Antica Trattoria al Volt, a few minutes walk away from the Cathedral. With only 9 tables, reservations are required (with the suggested start of lunch at 12) upon entering the restaurant you are immersed in a small and very simple, organized and happy environment where you can order (fortunately still with an à la carte menu) genuine foods and from flavor of the past, all of them better than the other, of which it is therefore perfectly useless to recommend one rather than another because they are all more than good. Very fresh and pleasant desserts. Liqueurs or grappa, coffee with a "glass" cup mixed with two delicious amaretto sweets. House wine not bad. Prices in line with the best that can be achieved. Waiters, housekeepers and the owner are all kind and welcoming. Small but very welcoming place, as were the guys who served us. The dumplings with butter and sage and the pappardelle with venison ragù are excellent, all freshly prepared. The beef dish with polenta and sauerkraut is very tender and tasty and the loose Teroldego wine is good (only it should be served less cold to enjoy it better). The apple pie and tiramisu are excellent. Normal prices (€66 for two). No internal parking available but a little further on there is space on the road. Experience to be repeated.
