Recommend a super delicious pasta restaurant in Macheng: AL Mercato The location is next to KFC in the big market. It was a very unexpected discovery of delicious food. We searched almost all the Italian restaurants in Macheng this afternoon and chose this one. The boss is an authentic Italian and can speak English, Dutch and Italian when ordering. The bread for the first meal was average. I really like their red sauce. Unlike many restaurants that use a lot of olives and cut them into very large pieces, their red sauce has a very delicate texture. I ate the small box with bread. Main meal: prawns potato pasta balls. Italian "noodles" are balls made of potatoes, like small taro. When the dish is served, there is a big lump of mascarpone cheese in the middle, and the ball tastes quite chewy! Needless to say, the prawns are fresh and delicious. If you like a softer texture, you can mix in all the mascarpone cheese. The steak pasta is half cooked and the beef is fresh and tender. The pasta is placed in a small bowl alone. When you pick it out, it is chewy and exudes the aroma of wheat in your mouth. I am very satisfied Dessert: Tiramisu doesn’t have any alcoholic taste, and the texture of the cake base in the middle that hasn’t been moistened is really a plus! I personally hate the soggy bottom of tiramisu. The tiramisu in this restaurant has clear layers of cream and cake, which is good The cost per person is around 50 euros.
