You are a regular at our establishment, and have always expressed your satisfaction with our cuisine and our services. For this reason, it is incomprehensible to see you publish such a harsh and unfair review, which reflects neither the quality that we have strived to offer for over 35 years, nor your previous experiences with us. Regarding your order, after verification it was placed with a specific request to replace the usual salads with coleslaw. Unfortunately, a communication problem between our new waitress and the kitchen had an impact on the final result and we are deeply sorry for this. Our restaurant is a Montpellier institution, recognized for its consistency and quality for more than three decades. To say that our sandwiches are “inedible” seems very harsh and unjustified to us, especially from a loyal customer. However, in order to always satisfy our customers, we took your dissatisfaction into consideration and made a kind gesture by refunding you immediately.
