Venu en classe, ils nous accueillent gentiment mais parle mal lorsque nous discutions. S’ils acceptent de nous accueillir, il faut agir en conséquence, sinon ils nous disent simplement non. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Très mauvaise expérience. On a été par manque de choix, car jour de fête…. Il a fallu une éternité pour commander, le vin rouge est arrivé à la fin, on était deux, avec un verre, quand même laisser bien refroidir la viande sinon il serait arrivé après qu’on soit partis. Employés plus préoccupés à débarrasser les tables vides et à discuter, qu’à vraiment faire leur travail. Une fois pas deux c’est sure. On y retournera plus. We were luck enough to stay within a short walk of this restaurant, the food is superb. The people running this restaurant are super friendly and very helpful. We ate here twice on our 4 day trip and both meals were amazing. The Prosciutto and Parmigiano starter was excellent, I had the one of the specials a Calzone and my mum had Spagetti Vongole which was loaded with so many clams. The draught beer was good and the white wine was excellent (according to mum) this was a recommendation by the waiter. On our second visit I had the Tortellini which was fantastic, Mum had the Vongole again as she has talk about it for 2 days. The friendly service, great food and alfresco dining (in a partially closed street) was first class and to top if off the best expresso I had in Modena. Thank you Al Grottino, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
