We were there in the summer. After we had to wait 35 minutes for our order to be taken and after another 40 minutes the food was still not on the table, we left the restaurant hungry. A new attempt about a week ago to get service here more quickly has at least shown that if we act a little more energetically, the waitress will notice us. In my opinion, this was totally overwhelmed and had no overview, even though the dining room was not even half full. The food was good and fresh, unfortunately the mayonnaise we ordered was missing with the fries. The service signaled that we wanted to pay, but it didn't have the timely leeway that I'm used to in other comparable places. In order to be able to leave again, I went to the front of the checkout because I was afraid that I would have to wait at the seat again. Despite the good food, I will strongly consider visiting this restaurant again, even though it is almost in our neighborhood. Actually, it's a shame.
