Yesterday was a very special day where we accepted last minute bookings thanks to a group canceling. For this reason we had some tables of people who chose us at the last minute because they were looking for a restaurant, which we are not. Normally for Sundays even in this quiet period you have to book at least 20 days in advance, we only host a few friendly customers per day, maximum twenty. Those who choose us do so to enjoy the peace and serenity of our private forest of over 70,000 square meters with its paths and many wild animals. For the farm animals in semi-freedom or to follow our various workshops, including archery, riding the saddle for the little ones, discovering the magical world of bees and many others. Or simply to relax and recharge by spending the whole day with us with our long and relaxed times, perhaps even getting a holistic massage. Even at the table we are not a restaurant where you come to eat a quick dish and escape. Our customers come to taste dishes made only with our organic products, cooked with ancient slow-cooked recipes. Normally we are used to customers enjoying a complete meal which includes at least 2 or 3 starters, 2 first courses and 2 second courses with side dish and dessert, therefore meals which must have slow pace and correct quantities in order to be able to enjoy them thoroughly. As regards the cost, I am not used to commenting on these topics, I can only say that with us the average expenditure is much higher than that of yesterday, normally one of our customers spends between 50 and 60 euros, also because all the services and The entire structure can be used for free, ours is intended to be a life experience, not just a meal. I'm happy that you appreciated the courtesy, we try to make everyone feel like they were in their uncle's country house.
